About Tiffany
Chocolate brown is the exact word for Tiffany's hair, long and glossy and the thing she is most often complimented on, which she finds mildly boring. Height 169 cm, though the frame is petite and fine boned enough that it reads as length rather than size. The eyes are brown and they narrow when something amuses her, which is often. She dresses with precision: a jewel coloured slip dress, a small bag, heels that she genuinely walks in. She looks expensive and is entirely unbothered by whether you are.
At 24 she is sharp, quick and rather more observant than she lets on. Her English is playful, teasing early and well. She grew up around restaurants and reads a room the way her family read a covers list. She likes champagne, cold, early, and is honest that the appeal is as much the hour as the drink. She has no time for anyone who is unkind to staff and an almost supernatural ability to get a table held for ten more minutes.
Her City is the one with a garden on top of it. The Sky Garden on level 35 of 20 Fenchurch Street, which is free to book and therefore fills, so she takes a six o'clock slot when the light is still on the river and the terrace is not yet three deep. From up there the whole of the square mile arranges itself and the Wharf sits out east on its own. Afterwards it is a six minute walk down to the Monument and supper nearby. Soho is home and she is east four evenings a week.
The City of London page carries the rest of EC3. Her hour is £250 and the longer slots are costed on rates. Give booking two or three days and the terrace is held.

An evening with Tiffany
Six o'clock is the whole trick and she will not be talked out of it. The lift goes to level 35 and opens into a glass hall with a garden climbing the south side of it, and at that hour the light is still on the river and the terrace has perhaps forty people on it rather than four hundred. She takes the east end, where the Wharf stands out on its own with the river bending round it, and she is good at the fifteen minutes where neither of you says very much. By half past seven the room has filled and she will already be suggesting the walk down. Six minutes to the Monument at street level, and supper somewhere with a door you would not otherwise have opened.
Tiffany, in her own words
Is it really free?
The slot is. The drink is not, and neither is the six minutes you spend queuing if you book the eight o'clock instead of the six.
Why so early?
Because at six there is light on the water and room to move. At eight it is a very beautiful crowded bar and you cannot hear a word.
Champagne at the start or the end?
The start, always, and cold enough to hurt. It sets an evening going in a way that nothing poured at eleven ever manages.

What guests have written
Nothing is written here for Tiffany yet, which is usually what discretion looks like in E14. A note appears only when a guest writes one, she agrees to it, and the desk has checked that it reads as a first name, a month and nothing private.
